Join us for for a 75 minute workshop with 45 minutes of total body strength training led by Rachel and 30 minutes of guided meditation and sound bath led by Lydia. During the strength training portion of class we will focus on basic functional strength exercises using bodyweight and resistance bands. Prenatal and postpartum friendly.
