Join Jessica in community on the fourth Friday of the month for community and Reiki! This time is designed to provide you with space to rest the body and mind while receiving the loving universal energy of Reiki. As this time is intended to connect with members of our community, following Reiki we will have time for tea and journaling, quiet contemplation and sharing as you feel comfortable. There may be themes around the seasons or nature and is intended to provide you space to rest, digest, and reflect. Welcome your weekend with a restorative practice that aims to rebalance the energetic body.
