In this class, you will learn basic anatomy and function of the deep core and pelvic floor, why your BREATH matters, common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, and when you should seek guidance from a healthcare
professional. Jenn will guide you through a gentle yoga practice to help you apply these principles to daily movement.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels. If you are currently pregnant, please obtain clearance to participate in general exercise. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
